Weekly Food Vlog :: August 10 – August 16

Since I’ve been focusing a little bit more on fitness on the blog lately, I decided to put together a vlog of what I ate for an entire week. I have always liked watching the “What’s for Dinner” vlogs on Youtube. I feel like everyone gets in a cooking rut and starts to eat the same things over and over again. And if that happens to you and you’re anything like me, then I get really cranky when it comes time to deciding what’s for dinner because I get tired of the same foods over and over again.

Watching videos like these help me to think of new dinner ideas and try out dishes I might not have otherwise had before. One of the dishes I made for dinner last week was one that I found on a Youtube channel and my husband and I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to make it again!

So here’s what I ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner from Sunday August 10 through Saturday August 16!
